The Boston Marathon is on April 17th this year and if you're not running, join us in cheering the runners!  The PPTC bus to Boson will start out from Booklyn at 5:30AM from FleetFeet, formerly JackRabbit (located at 151 7th Ave).  For $40, you'll get a seat on the 56-passenger coach bus driven by a professional driver for a roundtrip from Brooklyn to Boston.  Our cheer station will be at Evelyn Road and Commonwealth Avenue (the bus will drop us off at 10 Evelyn Road, Newton, MA).  This is at roughly mile 18.5 of the Boston Marathon Course.  If you'll be in Boston and want to join us for cheering, look for us here.  If you're going to be in Boston and want a ride back with us, then make sure to be at the cheer zone by 2PM.  We are planning to leave Boston around 3PM, but may leave earlier.  

After cheering on our teammates, we'll load up back onto the bus to return to Brooklyn.  To make the trip a little faster for all of us, we are not planning on long stops for lunch/dinner, please pack food (we may make stop at a rest stop to stretch our legs, but there is no guarantee).  

The bus will leave from JackRabbit at 5:30AM and should arrive back at JackRabbit by 9PM (leaving the Boston cheer station no later than 3PM).  It'll be a long day, but a day packed with fun and excitement as we cheer on our teammates.   Taking the bus only one way?  That's fine, just let us know.
